Watersound is a gated community being developed by St. Joe. You will approach the beach through this huge and wide boardwalk that winds over beautiful dunes.

Watercolor is an urban planned community with beautiful, big homes made for multi-family vacations. These homes are built with big porches and metal roofs that are absolutely stunning.

Rosemary Beach is a planned community very similar to Seaside. It has cobblestone streets lined with brick sidewalks and many charming boutiques, shops, and restaurants.

Miramar Beach runs along scenic 98. On one side, it has little beach bars and restaurants and on the other side are all kinds of condos and shops.

Grayton beach is one of the original and oldest beach areas & neighborhoods on 30a. Grayton is funky, eclectic, and diverse with a town motto of “Nice Dogs, Strange People” 😃

Dune Allen is a very natural and well-preserved place with mostly single family homes and minimal condos. They have two regional beach accesses so it is very easy to enjoy their beaches.

Blue Mountain gets its name from being the highest elevated area in South Walton County with beautiful lupin wildflowers that are stunning when in bloom. It has single-family homes that are great vacation rentals.

Alys Beach is a luxury community and one of the most beautiful architectural wonders in the area. Everything here is stark white and the landscapes are beautiful with palm trees in manicured hedges.

Seagrove has been here for a very long time. It has a collection of a lot of different older houses and new homes. This is where you will find one of the very first real upscale restaurants in 30A.

Seaside is a hugely iconic beautiful little neighborhood with little pastel houses and cobblestone streets. On its 30A side you will find the popular, airstream road, with food vendors lined up in charming airstream trailers.
